Why use a branch connection designed for ASME B31.1 or B31.3 for B31.9 application? The HVAC Branchette® exceeds all the requirements of ASME B31.9 while maintaining a reduced installation diameter. This translates to reduced weld metal and reduced weld distortion caused to the light walled header piping.  The HVAC Branchette® is available up to nominal size 24 in.
